Background         

Stefan Hoheisel

In more than 30 years of professional experience and almost two decades of leadership responsibilities I had the opportunity to build a broad range of know-how: 

I have lead Controlling on Business Unit level, was responsible for strategic Projects and Board Level, and have spent seven Years abroad in Mexico and Greece, leading Business and the corresponding plants as Director and General Manager.  Subsequently, I managed global Segments in the Industry and Automotive Industry areas with full Profit and Loss Responsibility. In my last assigment as Executive Vice President  I was responsible for a global Automotive Supply Business Area with around  16.000 employees and 40 Locations.

During that Time me and my Teams could experience and solve a multitude of Challenges:

From Strategy Development and Deployment, successful Turnarounds, Restructuring of Departments, Plants, Segments and Business Units, Internationalization, Culture Development, Crisis Management, small and huge M&A Projects and their Integration, to the „normal madness“  of the automotive Supply Industry with Raw Material Availability Crises, Price Explosions, or short-term Customer Demand Fluctuation, as well as Quality-, Sustainability- Management and many more.

Empowering People jointly to continuous Improvement and Implementation of lean Production- and Management Processes have been Constants that helped to solve many Challenges.

I am convinced the Base for that is good, authentic Leadership, in order to provide People with Role Models and Leading Figures for the necessary Execution. Excellent Mentoring and Coaching Skills and core Competencies to develop Employees and shaping local and international Organizational Structures in Plants, Segments, Business Units and Divisions. 

I am putting this pool of Experience at the Service of Companies and Leaders to support on their Way to Improvement and Development. 

Since 2024, I have been in this role nominated as member of the Advisory Council of the renowned Consulting Company Lean Partners Projekt Gesellschaft, which has been recently awarded as one of Germanys Best Management Consulting Firms, being their third award already.

Next to German as natural language I am fluent in English and Spanish.
